\nWhere is the campsite located? <\/summary>\n

The campsite is located close to the sea between the towns of Saint-Jean-de-Luz\/Ciboure and Hendaye. You can reach the campsite by a small road (1575 route de Socoa), 2km from the freeway exit (exit n\u00b02 Saint-Jean-de-Luz Sud), in Urrugne (64122).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nHow far is the campsite from the beaches?<\/summary>\n

The nearest beaches are those of Socoa at 1,6km and Saint-Jean-de-Luz at 3km only from the campsite.\nThe beach of Hendaye is 7 km away.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nHow far from the nearest shops?<\/summary>\n

The nearest shops are 600 m from the campsite with a bakery, restaurants, chocolate workshop, Lidl supermarket, Briconaute store and beach shuttle…\nThe nearest shopping center is Leclerc at only 2km from the campsite.\nThe duty free stores and small supermarkets of the Ibardin pass are located 5km away towards the roundabout of Urrugne (the town), then towards Olhette, the last district of Urrugne before the village of Ascain.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nHow far from the bike paths?<\/summary>\n

At 600 m from the campsite, you have access to a bicycle and pedestrian path that runs along the river Untxin and leads you to the beach of Socoa (1.6 km).\nFrom there, you join the bicycle and pedestrian path which overhangs the bay of Socoa-Ciboure-Saint Jean de Luz (3km from the campsite in Saint Jean de Luz). It’s an easy outing and ideal for families because the little ones can keep up; it’s one of the few places in the Basque country where it’s flat! So go to the surrounding markets without taking the car.\nThe pedestrian way is also very pleasant.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\n\n

\nAt what time can we take possession of the rental? <\/summary>\n

Arrivals are possible from 4pm and departures before 10am.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nWhat are the possible arrival days?<\/summary>\n

In low season the days of arrival are free. In July and August our rentals are possible from Saturday to Saturday.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nDo you rent for one night in low season?<\/summary>\n

\nHow can we book? <\/summary>\n

You can make your reservation directly online by clicking on the “I reserve” tab. You will then indicate your accommodation model, the dates of your stay and your contact information before paying the deposit by credit card.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nWhen do I have to pay the balance of the stay?<\/summary>\n

The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival for any reservation in rental and 15 days before your arrival for the reservation of a campsite. For any reservation of rental accommodation made less than 30 days before arrival, the total amount of the balance is required. You will then receive a confirmation from our team by e-mail.\nFor the campsite, the balance is required on the day of your arrival.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nIs there a deposit to give?<\/summary>\n

The deposit for the accommodation is 300\u20ac. It can be made in the form of a bank imprint or by check. It may be partially or totally cashed in case of damage caused to the accommodation, a shortage or to be used to charge the cleaning fee (see current rates).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nDo you accept vacation vouchers?<\/summary>\n

Yes, the Pays Basque campsite accepts vacation vouchers, either for the payment of the deposit or for the balance of the stay. We advise you to send them by registered mail.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nIs the animal (dog and cat) accepted?<\/summary>\n

Our friends the animals are allowed only in campsite pitches, not in accomodation. \nThey must be tattooed, be up to date with their vaccinations and have their health record up to date. Under no circumstances they should be left alone in the campsite in the absence of their master and must be kept on a lead all the times.\nDogs classified as 1st and 2nd category are not allowed in the campsite in general.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nCan I choose my site or rental number?<\/summary>\n

If you have been to the campsite before and know a specific pitch number then yes you can ask us and we will do our best to assign it to you.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\n\n

\nHow are the locations arranged?<\/summary>\n

The pitches are located on terraced paths from the bottom to the top of the campsite, giving an airy, unoverlooked feeling.\nThey are delimited by numbered markers and hedges.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nWhat type of electrical connection is there for campsites?<\/summary>\n

Our electrical terminals are made for the most part of European female plugs and for others of French plugs. We therefore advise you to use a European adapter (male plug).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nDo I need an extension cord?<\/summary>\n

Our electricity terminals are collective and group several locations, so it is preferable to bring an extension cord of about 25 meters.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nWhat type of equipment can be installed on the sites?<\/summary>\n

Several cases are possible:\n> 2 bedroom family tent\n> Caravan with awning\n> Camper van\nIn all these cases, a small tent 2 places on the site can be added if necessary and no supplement will be charged. We simply ask you to mention it on the contract at the time of booking or in the “campsite equipment” field when booking online.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\n\n

5. QUESTIONS DIVERSES :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\nWhat are the opening hours of the campsite? <\/summary>\n

Outside of July and August, the campsite is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 7:30pm.\nIn July and August, the office is open 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nIs there a laundry at the campsite?<\/summary>\n

Yes, the campsite has a laundry with washing and drying machines and an ironing board. The washing costs 5\u20ac and the drying 4\u20ac, payable in cash or card, via the self-service terminal. You can also borrow an iron from the reception.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nIs the pool supervised?<\/summary>\n

the pool is not supervised, even in July and August. It is therefore the responsibility of parents to their children. More info on the page campsite Pays Basque with swimming pool.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nAre barbecues allowed?<\/summary>\n

Yes, gas and charcoal barbecues are tolerated at the campsite.\nEnjoy a collective barbecue near a large sheltered area with picnic tables at your disposal. The charcoal compartment must be emptied and cleaned as well as the grate that we provide. This friendly place will be ready for others to use after you.\nCAUTION:\n> We ask you to remain very vigilant until the embers are completely extinguished.\n> Electric barbecues or plancha are not recommended as they can disable the electricity terminals.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\nIs there a grocery store in your campsite in the Basque Country?<\/summary>\n

No. The nearest grocery store is located 600m away in the center of the village. The nearest supermarket is also 600m away.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\n\n
